Privacy Policy

Last updated: 20th September 2026

Pepzora Labs LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates pepzoralabs.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

1. Information you give us

When you place an order we collect:

  • your name;
  • billing and shipping addresses;
  • email address;
  • telephone number, where supplied;
  • the contents and value of your order;
  • a record that you confirmed our research-use-only acknowledgement, with the date and time.

If you contact us, subscribe to updates, or request a restock notification, we collect the information you provide in doing so.

2. Payment information

We do not collect, process, or store payment card numbers. Payments are handled entirely by our third-party payment provider, which is responsible for securing that data under its own privacy policy and applicable card industry standards.

We receive only confirmation of whether a payment succeeded, and the last four digits and card type for reconciliation purposes.

3. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive certain technical information when you visit, including IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, and pages viewed.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies, all of which are necessary for the Site to work correctly:

  • Compliance verification cookie. When you confirm that you are 21 or over and accessing the Site for research purposes, we store that confirmation for 30 days so you are not asked on every visit. It records only that the confirmation was given.
  • Shopping cart and session cookies. These remember the contents of your cart and keep you signed in while you shop.
  • Analytics cookies. Where enabled, these help us understand how the Site is used in aggregate.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, the cart and the compliance confirmation will not function correctly.

5. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • process, fulfil, and ship your orders;
  • send order confirmations, dispatch notices, and tracking information;
  • respond to enquiries and handle claims;
  • maintain a record of research-use acknowledgements, as required for regulatory and payment-processing compliance;
  • detect and prevent fraud;
  • meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations;
  • send marketing communications, where you have asked to receive them.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where it is necessary to run the business:

  • Shipping carriers — name and delivery address, to deliver your order.
  • Payment providers — to process your payment and to investigate disputes and chargebacks.
  • Service providers — hosting, email delivery, and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
  • Legal and regulatory authorities — where required by law, court order, or lawful request.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

7. Marketing

We will only send marketing email where you have opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.

Order confirmations, dispatch notices, and other messages relating to a purchase are service communications and are sent regardless of marketing preferences.

8. How long we keep it

Order records, including research-use acknowledgements, are retained for a minimum of seven years to meet tax, accounting, and compliance obligations. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe. Enquiries that do not result in an order are retained for two years.

9. Security

The Site is served over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to customer records is limited to personnel who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

  • a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
  • correction of inaccurate information;
  • deletion of your information, where we are not required to retain it;
  • that we stop sending marketing communications.

To make a request, email info@pepzoralabs.com. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Residents of California, and of jurisdictions with comparable privacy legislation, may have additional rights. We will honour any such right that applies to you.

11. Age restriction

This Site is not directed to anyone under 21 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under that age. If we learn that we have done so, we will delete that information. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us at the address below.

12. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and this policy does not apply to them.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The revision date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be notified on the Site.
