Before you order
What does “research use only” mean?
All Pepzora Labs materials are sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not drugs, foods or cosmetics, are not for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated by the FDA. By ordering you confirm you are 21 or older and purchasing for research purposes.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship from Atlanta, Georgia to the United States and Canada. Orders over $150 ship free; below that a flat rate applies at checkout, with expedited shipping available.
Do vials need cold packs in transit?
No. Materials ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder, which is stable in transit. Storage conditions for each material are printed on the label and the product page.
What is your refund policy?
Because chain of custody can’t be verified once a vial leaves us, we don’t accept returns. If an order arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. Packages the carrier confirms as lost are covered too. Read the full policy.
